This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the S-NFI Corp. website (hereinafter, "the Site"). Accessing the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions set out in this document.
S-NFI Corp. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of the Site, the conditions of access, and the terms of this Legal Notice. Modifications take effect from the moment they are published.

3.1 Permitted use
The user agrees to make appropriate use of the Site and of the content or services offered, in accordance with applicable legislation and this Legal Notice. In particular, the user agrees not to:
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly communicate, or transform the content without express authorization.
- Use the content for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith and public order.
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications.
- Undertake any action that could damage, disable, or hinder the operation of the Site.

The user is responsible for their use of the Site and of the content accessible through it. S-NFI Corp. shall not be liable for any damage or harm arising from misuse of the Site.
4. Limitation of Liability
S-NFI Corp. does not guarantee the availability, continuity, or infallibility of the Site's operation. Likewise, S-NFI Corp. shall not be liable for:

- Decisions made on the basis of information published on the Site, which is provided for informational and orientation purposes only.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Pamplona (Navarre), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.

2. Personal Data We Process
S-NFI Corp. processes personal data that you voluntarily provide through:
- Strategic access form: first and last name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and message.
- Email communications: data included in correspondence.
- Web browsing: technical access data (anonymized IP, browser type, pages visited) via analytics cookies, only with your consent.

- Industrial partners under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), only when the data subject has expressly requested that type of access.
No international data transfers take place outside the European Economic Area, unless the provider offers adequate guarantees (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
5. Retention Periods
- Contact form data: up to 3 years from the last communication, or until you exercise your right to erasure.
- Commercial communications data: until you withdraw your consent.
- Technical browsing data (logs): maximum 13 months from collection.
6. Data Subject Rights
You may exercise the following rights against S-NFI Corp. at any time:
- Access: know what personal data we process about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your data.
- Restriction of processing: restrict the use of your data under certain circumstances.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes.
- Withdrawal of consent: without retroactive effect, where processing is based on consent.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) — www.aepd.es — if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR.

S-NFI Corp. applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption of communications (TLS), restricted access control, and periodic security reviews in accordance with applicable standards.

Note: S-NFI Corp. does not currently use Google Analytics. This table will be kept up to date if it is implemented in the future.

1. Ownership of Rights
S-NFI Corp. is the owner or, where applicable, licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Site, including, by way of example:
- The graphic design, interface, and architecture of the Site.
- The texts, technical documentation, studies, and white papers published.
- The trademarks, logos, trade names, and product names (S-NFI Corp., BioHybrid©, ØPHS Line©, S-NFI Intel Core©, Pactum Viridi 2050©).
- Proprietary software developments and algorithms.
- Illustrations, iconography, and other visual elements.
All these elements are protected under Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, Trademark Law 17/2001, the Berne Convention, and other applicable regulations).
2. Prohibition of Reproduction
Total or partial reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, or any other form of exploitation of the Site's content without the prior, express, and written authorization of S-NFI Corp. is expressly prohibited.
Access to the Site does not grant the user any right or license over the content, trademarks, or any other intellectual or industrial property element of S-NFI Corp.
3. OEM Model and Licenses
S-NFI Corp.'s technological infrastructure, process protocols, and technical standards are marketed exclusively under the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) model. Any use, reproduction, or derivative development of S-NFI Corp.'s technology requires entering into a specific license agreement.

4. Use of Third-Party Images and Content
Some images used on the Site come from freely usable sources (Pexels and similar), under their respective licenses. S-NFI Corp. does not claim rights over such third-party images.

S-NFI Corp. reserves the right to take any legal action that may be appropriate against unauthorized use of its content, trademarks, or technology, including claims for damages arising from such infringements.
